After 13 years in Hospitality Management and 7 years in Supply Chain Logistics - leading teams and building corporate training programs the whole way - Jessica's passion for empowering others is what pushed her to launch Hi-Lite. She poured her experience, education, and hard-won professional knowledge into designing the coaching program at the heart of it all: Empower. Transform. Achieve.

What makes Jessica's coaching hit different is that she's lived the hard part. Growing up, she faced real hardship and insecurity - without coaches, mentors, or many strong role models in her corner.
