Hi-Lite Coaching was founded to give teens the tools we wish we’d had - self-awareness, confidence, and direction. Our programs combine emotional intelligence, executive function skills, and goal setting so teens move from stress and frustration to clarity and motivation.

Jessica built Hi-Lite Coaching after two decades in corporate leadership and years building her own systems to overcome adversity, her mission is simple: bridge the gap between academic achievement and life readiness. She believes every teen has untapped potential waiting to be seen, guided, and grown.
