Our 7-week, industry expert-led, program meets weekly for 90 minutes, covering various scientifically-
proven skills and topics in a safe, inclusive environment. While adhering to the highest code of ethics in the coaching industry, we also have fun, develop relationships, and improve critical thinking and social skills. Each session wraps with an action step, reflection, or challenge for accountability and impact! Let's go!

*ALL GROUPS ARE LIMITED TO A MAX OF 10 STUDENTS. ONCE TUITION IS PAID, YOUR SPOT WILL THEN BE CONFIRMED.*

Agenda
As we coach through common young adult challenges in a group setting, students will develop accountability + a deeper self awareness of who they are + where they want to be headed using proven coaching methods.

Over time they will answer 3 key questions for themselves:

Who am I?
Where do I want to go?
How can I get there?

We will work through the below topics + skill building:

Self-Awareness
Goal setting and Execution
Time Management
Critical thinking and problem solving for the real world
Develop a mission focused, daily action plan
Aligning Mission and Vision with decision-making
Resilience to stay the course
