Rivka Seeman has devoted her career to helping young people grow into their fullest potential. She believes that, like adults, teenagers thrive when their lives are rooted in purpose and meaning. Her passion is helping teens uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and design a path toward a life they truly love.

Rivka’s professional journey reflects her dedication to meeting young people where they are. Her career has spanned supporting children and families as both a teacher and preschool director, as well as embracing less traditional paths of education-such as teaching 3rd–8th graders in a forest-based program in Wisconsin, where she created hands-on, experiential curriculum through Nature’s Classroom.

Her calling deepened when she became a Homeschooling Consultant in New York City. There, she partnered with families to design individualized curricula that aligned each child’s passions with long-term goals, while also guiding teenagers as a trusted mentor and learning advisor.
Rivka holds a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College and a Master’s in Education from Hunter College. She also draws on her most meaningful role-being the mother of a 17-year-old entrepreneur who left school at 15 to design a life that he loves. Her lived experience as both an educator and parent fuels her mission: to inspire teens to step into their own agency and build lives of confidence, resilience, and fulfillment.
