Christiane is here to help you figure out what you're great at, set goals that actually mean something to you, and build the confidence to go chase the future you want. She knows the in-between feeling of growing up between two worlds — and she's especially passionate about Brazilian and Hispanic teens finding the balance between holding onto their roots and grabbing every new opportunity in front of them.
She's all about creating a space where you can think out loud, test your ideas, and stop second-guessing yourself — somewhere that feels safe and gets you moving. Her real superpower? Trust. When you actually trust your coach, the conversation can go deeper, and that's where the real growth happens.
Her own path proves there's no single "right" route: she started as a Mechanical Engineering major, built an executive career in Finance and HR, then moved into Leadership Development consulting before landing in coaching. She's certified through Brazil's Instituto EcoSocial and the American Co-Active Training Institute — both ICF-accredited.
Christiane is fluent in Portuguese and English and holds her own easily with Spanish speakers, so language is never the barrier. She's logged hundreds of volunteer hours with students and families in public schools, always pushing immigrant youth to become the best version of themselves — no matter the language or the culture gap. If there's one thing she does best, it's helping people find the courage to make the change they've been circling.
