Coach Christiane
Christiane is a passionate coach dedicated to helping teens and young adults discover their talents, set meaningful goals, and build confidence in shaping the future they want. With extensive experience in personal and leadership development, she understands the unique challenges Brazilian and Hispanic youth face while growing up in a new country and supports them in finding a balance between their roots and new opportunities.
She creates a safe and inspiring space where young people can explore their ideas, strengthen their self-esteem, and take practical steps toward success – all in a motivating, engaging, and approachable way. Her greatest strength is building trust-based relationships with her clients, which allows the coaching process to explore different dimensions of their lives.
From a Mechanical Engineering major to a life coaching practice, Christiane’s journey included an executive career in Finance and HR, as well as a consultancy career in Leadership Development. She earned one of her coaching certificates from the Brazilian organization Instituto EcoSocial and another from the American Co-Active Training Institute. Both programs are ICF-accredited.
Christiane is fluent in Portuguese and English and can easily converse with Spanish speakers. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to volunteer work with students and families in public schools, always encouraging immigrants to become the best versions of themselves, regardless of language or cultural barriers. Helping people find the courage to embrace the changes they need has always been her most indispensable skill.
