This is open only to the WHS Football team by invitation of Coach Smith

7-week ETA program, planner, workbook, tee + a location dependent treat each week.
Who this program is for --> 6th-12th graders
*ALL GROUPS ARE LIMITED TO A MAX OF 10 STUDENTS. ONCE TUITION IS PAID, YOUR SPOT WILL THEN BE CONFIRMED.*
Agenda
As we coach through common teen challenges in a group setting, students will develop accountability and a deeper self awareness of who they are and where they want to be headed using proven coaching methods.
Over time they will learn to answer 3 key questions about themselves and their life:

Where do I want to go?
How can I get there?
We will work through the below topics and skill building:
Self-Awareness
Goal setting
Time management
Critical thinking and problem solving
Learning to show up as your best self
Good decision making and socializing
Resilience
*Please note our programs are not politically or religiously affiliated and our curriculum does not address anything related to these topics. **While many of our clients overcome challenges in our program, this is not a therapy group and coaching should not be considered a replacement for therapy where therapy is needed. ***We are an inclusive environment.
